Weary Space Wanderer is spreading improvisational, Appalachian-jam over the made-from-scratch material of singer-songwriter Kevin Hamric. Taking the stories built on an acoustic guitar and shaping them into mind-bending trips of Americana and roots-rock exploration, Weary Space Wanderer is nothing short of an eclectic ride into what modern mountain music can be.
Weary Space Wanderer is Kevin Hamric (guitar, vocals); Chis Baker (bass guitar); Jim Bidwell (lead guitar); Mike Arbogast (percussion/drums); Todd Stubblefield (percussion/drums).

07.07.16 --- Before the release of the upcoming Weary Space Wanderer album, this track - After the Rain - is being released into the wild.
We selected this track for release prior to the devastating flood that hit areas of West Virginia on June 23, 2016. While preparing and listening to the song after seeing the turmoil the rains caused, it was hard not to think of the people who have been working to piece their homes and daily life back together. Our hearts are with our family, friends, and all people who have been affected. WV proud. WV strong.
You can stream, download, and share After the Rain for free on Bandcamp and Soundcloud:
